How Does it work?

As sub-contractors agents work from home providing customer service to our many clients. Each agent must provide their equipment and have a private area to work from. As contractors agents receive a 1099-NEC and no taxes are withdrawn from payment. Dna Communications LLC will pay agents the amount that the client is offering per hour, including incentives. A service fee of forty dollars will be assessed per invoice period to provide access to our partnered website where all the work will be conducted.

Training has a set schedule from Monday to Friday usually about 4 to 8 weeks in length. Each agent will be able to choose class times that best fit their needs. After training agents have the freedom of choosing their hours, schedules are released every week and agents can choose when to service.

Training is a mix of instructor lead class time and live call taking, while in class agents do not earn revenue. Once live call taking is taking place during training agents will earn revenue for the time in the live call-taking environment. Most clients have this type of training with only a few that have instructor lead class time only, in this type of program agents won't earn revenue until training is completed and they move on to live call taking.

What does it mean to work as a contractor?

An independent contractor is a self-employed person or entity contracted to perform work for—or provide services to—another entity as a nonemployee. As a result, independent contractors must pay their own Social Security and Medicare taxes.
